Announcement on the Declaration Requirements for Commodity Codes of Pea Starch
On June 30, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No.25 of 2026. It decides to impose provisional anti-dumping measures on imported pea starch originating in Canada in the form of cash deposit, effective from July 1, 2026. It also specifies the scope of products subject to such provisional anti-dumping measures. To implement the aforesaid provisional anti-dumping measures, the requirements for commodity code declaration are announced as follows:
When consignees of imported goods or their agents declare goods under tariff item 11081900, they shall fill in 11081900.10 for pea starch, and 11081900.90 for other starch.
This Announcement shall come into force on July 1, 2026.
